I ordered a child's wardrobe on the 9th July. My 4.5 year old son was getting his room done up and all that remained to go in was that. I was given a lead time of 2-3 weeks for the stock to arrive from "England". Coming up to the 3 weeks as it had not arrived, I made contact about arranging a suitable delivery time  and was only then informed that there was a "delay with their supplier" and it would be the following week. That took us to around 4 weeks after the initial order. The following week I received a call telling me there was still a "delay with the supplier" and again it would be the following week. And on it goes, until finally it was delivered on the 21st August! Fine, you may think, at least I had it for before my son started school. Not so. The Saturday after it was delivered, my husband set about to assembling it only to discover that 2 crucial pieces of the frame were missing along with several necessary screws etc. so... I called and a "customer service ticket" was logged (to which I had access) it contained only the barest information so I filled in the gaps. I had been assured that a manager would call me on Monday and I expected as much. Monday came and no one called. Seriously. I obviously was getting more irate and called them. In short I have spent the past 2 weeks being fobbed off, promised calls that never happen and today when I spoke to a guy there, he told me that they don't have any managers!!! Really? Clearly I was born yesterday. As of now, I am still being assured that the parts will be arriving next week. My son will have started school thinking mammy lied about his new wardrobe. I have no reason to actually believe these parts will actually arrive. I stated my rights and again was fobbed off. No hope of a replacement wardrobe or a refund here - oh but they will assemble it for me as an apology!!! Haha I've been assembling furniture since I was in college. Hardly an apology and as stated it remains to be seen if I'll ever get it anyway. Appalling service at every level. Will never use these cowboys again and will be letting everyone I know of this experience. Ultimately it is up to you if you choose to buy here but be forewarned as to how it will be dealt with if it doesn't go to plan... (oh, and do check out the small print in their website - I should have been offered the option to cancel when the delay was identified)
