hate them , i am taking them to the small claims court., said they would................."look at my laptop, see what was wrong, then telephone me to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost " Looked at my laptop, found a problem, never called me never told me what was wrong, and then rang me to say i owe 60 euros. i went to the shop to complain, he threatened me with the guards and said i was not having my property back till i paid in full. i ended up calling the yards, and now I'm taking them to court, what a disgrace they are. its not the money here thats the issue, its there whole attitude and how they treated me .

went to the National Consumers Agency told them about what happened. I am within my rights to make a claim, so i was insntructed to email them and tell them about my intentions, and they have not bothered to reply, which is fine as it all gets taken into consideration at the small claims. Oh i forgot to say, i had them recorded too, wish i could post the recording, the guy is a complete jerk. i will keep everyone posted about them
