Dreadful experience with quote devil. I am at the loss of 130 euro that they refuse to refund me despite the fact that after cancelling a policy (after endless hassle from them) they told me I was entitled to a full refund. After stopping 130 euro they now tell me one of their employees gave me wrong information but Iehile it was their mistake I have to suffer the loss. They refused to answer or return my calls or e mails. Cost me a fortune ringing them.. I have never had a problem with any other company and I feel people should be aware that they may give a cheap quote but in my case as soon as they had my money they came back and asked for another 700 euro. So glad to see the back of them.. Should be called the insurance from hell..
