I have to say the after service in the bandon branch is a disgrace I have being waiting with 1 year now to get my recliner sofa repaired, I rang so many times last year and all I get is I get the guy who does this work to ring you back he rang me once saying he will order in the springs to fit my sofa still waiting must be very hard springs to FIND?? I rang again this YEAR Friday the 8th of January and was told he is off but would make contact with me on Saturday the 9th surprise again no call.... the leather on the sofa is now starting to crack from the springs that ez living were suppose to fix, I am after spending a good few pound in this store very disappointed with the after service... had to give 1 star as would not leave me write a review other wise but diffently would not recommend
