Welcome to personal training at the Muscle Clinic Clontarf Dublin 3. My name is Andrew Doyle and I am a Dublin Personal Trainer.
The pursuit of weigh loss and improved fitness can challenging and confusing sometimes and it seems there is always a special diet or some time type of magical equipment that is being broadcasted from the rooftops as being the solution to permanent weight loss.
This is not the case at all my friends!!! To achieve our goals whether its weight loss or general fitness conditioning, we need to find the right balance and this means with muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, rest period and mental stimulation in partnership with each client.
My clientele come from all walks of life, they all have different goals and needs. I will always start my clients journey by getting all of these components back in balance with the appropriate intensity in each category ( nutrition, muscular strength, rest ) so by doing this I can achieve specific goals set for each client.
Once client’s goals are clear, we can tailor the programme to match the goals.
