Totally agree with JohnnyB--------------------Komplett are not nice people to deal with. Asus pay them to deal with issues regarding motherboards and I have that in writing but Komplett dont want to know. Answer is very simple. Keep all your receipts etc and for €25 take an action in the small claims court. I remember buying a power supply of Komplett and picking it up in Blanchardstown and I was still charged delivery etc. When I asked why they stated it seems Komplett in Holland have to send it across. We must beat these ppl up everytime or this will keep happening. Look shop with your feet. Just purchase elsewhere.
Have used komplett numerous times in the last few years and I used to recomment them but I will never give them another cent of my money because I have discovered that they are not a pleasant company to deal with. I have spent roughly €3,000 in total and they were happy to take my money but when there was a problem with the products I bought they don't want to know about it and fobbed me off saying I could send it back to them but it would take a month to determine whether the product is faulty and then they would decide what to do. This is on top of my second last order being nearly a week late and my last order taking three weeks longer than they said it would take. I still haven't received my full order. I have emailed customer service regularly and when they reply they say it is on they way or that they will send a new one yet it never arrives. Do not use this company - they offer some cheaper prices but you do not get what you pay for and you are taking a big risk.
