Gateway Student Village

Extremely poor accommodation. Residence are treated with utter disrespect and like children. Peter and John do nothing to help the residence living there. I made a complaint that mt bedroom had no curtains and they told me that it wasnt there problem. Our hot water also broke and they just told me to get the caretaker, after a week trying to get in contact with the caretaker I went back to them and I was told to stop bothering them with this. As I work at home during the weekends it us usually late when I get back to dublin. I have had to stop bring suitcases home as after 10pm you cant fit them through the turn style. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

My fourth year in college and have to say i have never experienced a worse place a student could stay, Our apartment have had numerous problems throughout the year and the managers Peter and John have been nothing but obnoxious, ignore all call and texts regarding any issues we have had. Gate locks at 10pm to ensure nobody else bar one person can get it, leaving you to use a turn style, however if you come up with a suitcase or large bag after 10 you will seriously struggle to get into your apartment. Cant stress how poorly I was treated by Peter and John and how ignorant they are. I would avoid this place at all costs.
