I signed my two sons up for swimming lessons last week and they really enjoyed the lesson and I paid a fee of €40 euro for 30 minutes and then we had agreed to meet the following monday at the same time at the strand then on the day of the lesson some man messaged me from her facebook saying they had staffing issues to bring my kids to planet health 2 hours earlier than we agreed I refused as this did not suit he then said that they are not machines and they would not make the lesson, I just regret started such an unreliable service, my kids were ultimately disappointed and I then tried to get them a lesson elsewhere got one tomorrow at the green hills and €15 cheaper for the same time and the strand next week for €10 less than Diana, the lesson was good but customer service and reliability terrible
