Chez Louis is a crepe restaurant, a creperie. It is a traditional French type of restaurant as you will find many in France. We offer buckwheat savory pancake (“galettes”) made of organic buckwheat and freshly grounded which something than even in France you will rarely see. Those savory pancakes are filled with different products and preparations, like reblochon, potatoes pancetta or Mushroom in parsley and garlic sauce, organic mirror egg, french Gruyere…. We offer a special galette each week.
Our dessert pancake, crepes are not made from buckwheat but can be on request, they are made of floor and therefore are not gluten free. They are filled and presented with many different configurations, caramelized bananas with chocolate or caramel, caramelized apples with caramel or chocolate, and we do offer a large variety of ice cream crepes too.
Finally, one of our best products is our cider . We are the only ones to import this cider from France and this is a very unique and traditional cider. 100% natural, made only from apples.
