Dropped in to club last Sunday 7/10/12 while staying in hotel above. We should have left well before the ten minutes that passed while only I was awaiting to be served by one of the four ignorant unprofessional bar staff. When I finally drew their attention they passed me from one to the other. There were approximately half a dozen customers in the club. Door staff included you had more staff than customers. One wonders why. After several failed attempts at pouring a Guinness between them one of your inept staff proceeded to wipe the spilled liquid around the top of the glass with a filthy cloth. Later witnessing direct homophobia by one of your regulars against another regular and the 'staff' enjoying and encouraging the 'banter' afterwards was sickening. We were just about to leave when one of your inept barstaff arrived with replacement plastic cups for the ones we were issued with our pints demanding we leave as they were closing. We had dribbles left and were obviously leaving at this stage which I pointed out but she continued her ignorance and unprofessionalism while pandering flirtingly to one of the other male customers. While myself and my mate chatted and smoked outside the hotel next door we soberly noticed 15 minutes passed before some of the others were evicted. Nice venue. Good door staff but replace those four useless unecessary inept bar staff with one decent professional.
