We have been in a new house for a month. No bins delivered, although money taken from our account a week ago. Crappy policy - 'bins will be delivered between 7-10 working days'. We have no choice but to store our litter in the garden. This shouldn't be 'a bin company', should be 'garbage company'. Oh, and they sent us an invitation letter thanking us to switch/joined them. Hey AES guys, stop being so ironic, you know exactly that we had no choice as you are the only ones that operate in our area. Pathetic!
